Este proceso elimina los picos microsc\u00f3picos de la superficie, reduciendo a\u00fan m\u00e1s el riesgo de adhesi\u00f3n bacteriana y cumpliendo las estrictas normas de la industria farmac\u00e9utica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"limitations\">Limitaciones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay que admitir que el acero inoxidable es pesado. En los casos de equipos ligeros que requieren una manipulaci\u00f3n manual frecuente, las asas de acero inoxidable macizo pueden a\u00f1adir una carga innecesaria. Consigue un compromiso perfecto entre resistencia y peso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"density-and-weight-advantages\">Ventajas de densidad y peso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La densidad de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio es de aproximadamente <a href=\"https:\/\/asm.matweb.com\/search\/SpecificMaterial.asp?bassnum=MA6063T6\">2,7 g\/cm\u00b3<\/a>que es s\u00f3lo un tercio del acero inoxidable (aprox. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.matweb.com\/search\/DataSheet.aspx?bassnum=Q304A\">7,9 g\/cm\u00b3<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Estudio de caso:<\/strong> En un proyecto de maletines para equipos de avi\u00f3nica, al cambiar las asas de acero inoxidable a aluminio 6063, redujimos el peso de cada malet\u00edn en 1,5 kg. <strong>400 gramos<\/strong> sin sacrificar la integridad estructural. Para los modernos carros m\u00e9dicos o armarios de servidores que priorizan la est\u00e9tica del dise\u00f1o, los tiradores de aluminio ofrecen una textura met\u00e1lica de primera calidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"limitations\">Limitaciones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio tiene una buena resistencia, su dureza superficial es inferior a la del acero inoxidable. En entornos con fuerzas de impacto extremadamente altas (como equipos pesados de miner\u00eda), los mangos de aluminio pueden abollarse o rayarse. En el sector industrial, utilizamos <strong>Pl\u00e1sticos t\u00e9cnicos<\/strong>Nylon reforzado con fibra de vidrio (PA6 + GF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"material-composition-more-than-just-plastic\">Composici\u00f3n de los materiales: Algo m\u00e1s que pl\u00e1stico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando especifico \"pl\u00e1stico\" en una ficha t\u00e9cnica, me refiero a un <strong>Poliamida 6 (PA6)<\/strong> material base con <strong>30% Fibra de vidrio (GF)<\/strong> a\u00f1adido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aumento del rendimiento:<\/strong> Seg\u00fan <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/store.astm.org\/d0638-14.html\">ASTM D638<\/a><\/strong> normas de ensayo, la adici\u00f3n de fibra de vidrio 30% puede duplicar la resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n del material y aumentar significativamente su rigidez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"insulation-and-thermal-touch-advantages\">Ventajas del aislamiento y el tacto t\u00e9rmico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta es una ventaja \u00fanica e insustituible de las asas de pl\u00e1stico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aislamiento el\u00e9ctrico:<\/strong> Para armarios de control el\u00e9ctrico o equipos de alta tensi\u00f3n, utilizar asas de pl\u00e1stico conformes con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ul.com\/services\/combustion-fire-tests-plastics\"><strong>UL 94<\/strong> normas de inflamabilidad<\/a> (normalmente de grado HB o V-0) es la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s segura. No son conductores, lo que elimina el riesgo de descarga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Toque t\u00e9rmico:<\/strong> Si se utiliza el equipo en ambientes fr\u00edos exteriores (-20\u00b0C) o ambientes de alta temperatura (60\u00b0C), las asas met\u00e1licas pueden resultar dolorosas o quemar la piel. El pl\u00e1stico reforzado tiene una conductividad t\u00e9rmica muy baja, por lo que el manejo resulta mucho m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cost-and-production-efficiency\">Coste y eficiencia de la producci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la producci\u00f3n de grandes vol\u00famenes (por ejemplo, m\u00e1s de 10.000 unidades), la ventaja de costes del moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n es enorme. Mediante el moldeo de un solo disparo, podemos obtener asas con estructuras complejas y dimensiones precisas a un precio unitario muy bajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"potential-risks\">Riesgos potenciales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Incluso con refuerzo de fibra de vidrio, la capacidad de carga final del pl\u00e1stico es inferior a la del metal.
