Una puerta de acceso CIP (limpieza in situ) t\u00edpica en una l\u00ednea de productos l\u00e1cteos se abre de 3 a 6 veces por turno para su inspecci\u00f3n y verificaci\u00f3n. Un recinto de una planta de sacrificio de procesamiento de carne puede abrirse m\u00e1s de 20 veces por turno. Multiplique esta cifra por el n\u00famero de puertas de una misma l\u00ednea de procesado y la bisagra se convertir\u00e1 en uno de los componentes mec\u00e1nicos de la planta que m\u00e1s se reciclan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando una bisagra ralentiza el funcionamiento de la puerta aunque s\u00f3lo sea 10 segundos -porque requiere dos manos, porque el pasador est\u00e1 atascado, porque la puerta cae sobre un marco desalineado-, ese retraso se agrava en cada ciclo. A lo largo de un a\u00f1o, una bisagra con un rendimiento deficiente puede costar a una sola l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n entre 20 y 60 horas de paradas evitables. Ese es el problema del responsable de mantenimiento, no del ingeniero de compras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-changes-when-you-look-at-hinges-through-a-maintenance-lens\">Qu\u00e9 cambia cuando se miran las bisagras desde el punto de vista del mantenimiento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el punto de vista de la adquisici\u00f3n, las bisagras se especifican por carga, material y acabado. Desde el punto de vista del mantenimiento, el orden de prioridad cambia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bfCon qu\u00e9 rapidez se puede abrir, cerrar y volver a sellar la puerta durante un ciclo rutinario?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfPuede retirarse la puerta sin herramientas cuando se necesita un acceso total para la limpieza?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfLa bisagra permanece alineada despu\u00e9s de miles de ciclos, o la compresi\u00f3n de la junta se desplaza lentamente?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si se desmonta la puerta, \u00bfes f\u00e1cil volver a instalarla correctamente bajo presi\u00f3n de tiempo?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEs compatible el dise\u00f1o de la bisagra con los procedimientos de bloqueo\/etiquetado (LOTO) durante las principales operaciones de saneamiento?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de cuestiones operativas, no de material. Una bisagra de acero inoxidable 316 cuya reinstalaci\u00f3n requiere dos t\u00e9cnicos y 15 minutos es, desde el punto de vista del mantenimiento, menos valiosa que una bisagra elevable correctamente dise\u00f1ada que un t\u00e9cnico puede manipular en 30 segundos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-hinge-maintenance-affects-cip-cleaning-cycles\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_Hinge_Maintenance_Affects_CIP_and_Manual_Cleaning_Cycles\"><\/span>C\u00f3mo afecta el mantenimiento de las bisagras a los ciclos de limpieza CIP y manual<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ciclos CIP y COP (clean-out-of-place) son secuencias temporizadas. Un ciclo CIP para productos l\u00e1cteos suele consistir en un prelavado, un lavado c\u00e1ustico, un aclarado intermedio, un lavado \u00e1cido y un aclarado final; cada paso tiene una duraci\u00f3n fija. Si el acceso a la puerta durante la inspecci\u00f3n o el desmontaje parcial a\u00f1ade 60 segundos por apertura, esos segundos ampl\u00edan la ventana de saneamiento total. En una planta que ejecute tres ciclos CIP al d\u00eda en seis l\u00edneas, una bisagra ineficiente puede costar entre 1 y 2 horas diarias de tiempo de ventana de limpieza. Esta es la realidad operativa que debe resolver el mantenimiento de las bisagras de los equipos de procesado de alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"three-hinge-behaviors-that-extend-cip-time\">Tres comportamientos bisagra que prolongan el tiempo de PIC<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puertas que no se abren completamente contra una pared.<\/strong> Si una bisagra limita el giro de la puerta a menos de 110\u00b0, los operarios de limpieza no pueden introducir una varilla de pulverizaci\u00f3n o una luz de inspecci\u00f3n visual sin mantener la puerta abierta con el cuerpo. El resultado es una verificaci\u00f3n de limpieza incompleta y repetidas reaperturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puertas que se pandean tras repetidos lavados.<\/strong> Cuando una bisagra no puede mantener la alineaci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de ciclos de lavado a alta temperatura, la puerta empieza a arrastrarse por el marco o a comprimir la junta de forma desigual. Ahora el t\u00e9cnico dedica tiempo a luchar contra la puerta en lugar de limpiar el equipo. Con el paso de las semanas, la propia junta falla y se convierte en un riesgo de contaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puertas que requieren herramientas especiales para desmontarlas.<\/strong> Muchas f\u00e1bricas de alimentos utilizan herramientas hexagonales de 7\/16\u2033 o 1\/2\u2033 para el mantenimiento rutinario. Una bisagra que requiera un tornillo torx, allen o patentado obliga al equipo de limpieza a volver al cuarto de herramientas, salt\u00e1ndose a menudo los pasos de limpieza profunda que deber\u00edan realizarse semanalmente. Los fallos resultantes en la verificaci\u00f3n de la limpieza aparecen semanas despu\u00e9s en los resultados de los hisopos ATP o en los hallazgos de las auditor\u00edas, mucho despu\u00e9s de que se haya olvidado la causa ra\u00edz (el cierre de la bisagra).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tool-free-access-design-for-food-processing-doors\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tool-Free_Access_Design_for_Food_Processing_Doors\"><\/span>Dise\u00f1o de acceso sin herramientas para puertas de procesamiento de alimentos<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la limpieza a fondo semanal, el mantenimiento preventivo mensual y las inspecciones trimestrales de los equipos, suele ser necesario desmontar la puerta por completo. El tipo de bisagra determina si esto lleva 30 segundos o 30 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"lift-off-hinges-for-routine-removal\">Bisagras elevables para desmontaje rutinario<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las bisagras elevables se separan en dos mitades cuando la puerta se eleva verticalmente m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la altura del pasador de la bisagra. No se necesitan herramientas ni se pierden elementos de fijaci\u00f3n, y la puerta se vuelve a colocar baj\u00e1ndola de nuevo sobre los pasadores. Para puertas de menos de 18 kg que se retiran rutinariamente, \u00e9ste suele ser el dise\u00f1o m\u00e1s eficaz, sobre todo para paneles de inspecci\u00f3n, cubiertas de cintas transportadoras y puertas de acceso CIP a las que se accede en cada turno. La contrapartida es que la puerta no est\u00e1 asegurada para evitar que se levante accidentalmente desde abajo, por lo que los dise\u00f1os elevables se utilizan mejor en armarios y recintos en los que la puerta no soporta fuerzas laterales durante el funcionamiento normal. En situaciones de dif\u00edcil acceso, en las que no se puede acceder a las bisagras est\u00e1ndar para desmontarlas, el caso de las puertas elevables es muy distinto. <a href=\"https:\/\/hingesmanufacturers.com\/es\/blog\/por-que-cambiar-a-bisagras-elevables-para-espacios-reducidos\/\">bisagras elevables en espacios reducidos<\/a> aborda en detalle las consideraciones relativas a la geometr\u00eda y el espacio libre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"removable-pin-hinges-for-secured-routine-removal\">Bisagras con pasador extra\u00edble para un desmontaje rutinario seguro<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las bisagras con pasador extra\u00edble permiten retirar la puerta deslizando el pasador hacia fuera, al tiempo que mantienen la puerta asegurada durante el funcionamiento normal. El pasador puede dise\u00f1arse como un pasador cautivo (atado para evitar su p\u00e9rdida) o con un ret\u00e9n de liberaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida. Para las puertas m\u00e1s pesadas (de 60 a 150 libras), en las que no es pr\u00e1ctico levantar el pasador pero s\u00ed es necesaria una extracci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida, los dise\u00f1os con pasador extra\u00edble son la mejor opci\u00f3n. El riesgo que hay que controlar es la p\u00e9rdida del pasador: todos los sistemas de pasador extra\u00edble necesitan un lugar definido para guardar el pasador durante el desmontaje; de lo contrario, el personal de limpieza crea un problema de piezas perdidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"continuous-hinges-when-removal-is-rare\">Bisagras continuas cuando el desmontaje es poco frecuente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las bisagras continuas (de piano) distribuyen la carga uniformemente por toda la longitud de la puerta y rara vez se comban, pero no est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para el desmontaje rutinario. Para las puertas que s\u00f3lo se retiran durante las paradas anuales -cubiertas de grandes l\u00edneas de llenado, puertas de equipos de entrada-, una bisagra continua sellada proporciona la mayor vida \u00fatil de alineaci\u00f3n. Los equipos de mantenimiento deben aceptar que el desmontaje programado requerir\u00e1 dos personas y un aparejo adecuado, y planificar la parada anual en consecuencia en lugar de luchar semanalmente contra el dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hinge-maintenance-and-loto-compatibility\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Hinge_Maintenance_and_LockoutTagout_Compatibility\"><\/span>Mantenimiento de bisagras y compatibilidad de bloqueo y etiquetado<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.osha.gov\/laws-regs\/regulations\/standardnumber\/1910\/1910.147\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Procedimientos de bloqueo y etiquetado exigidos por la OSHA<\/a> complican el acceso a la puerta de formas inesperadas. Los equipos de mantenimiento deben verificar tres puntos antes de especificar una bisagra para cualquier puerta que se enclave con un sistema de control:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bfLa apertura de la puerta en virtud de LOTO requiere alguna herramienta adicional o llave de anulaci\u00f3n adem\u00e1s del dispositivo de bloqueo est\u00e1ndar?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si la puerta se mantiene abierta mec\u00e1nicamente durante la limpieza, \u00bfincluye la bisagra una posici\u00f3n de sujeci\u00f3n definida, o la puerta se cerrar\u00e1 a la deriva sobre la mano o la mu\u00f1eca del t\u00e9cnico?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despu\u00e9s de retirar el LOTO y cerrar la puerta, \u00bfse vuelve a enclavar el enclavamiento de forma fiable, o el desgaste de las bisagras permite una desalineaci\u00f3n que impide que el circuito de seguridad confirme el cierre?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Las bisagras de retenci\u00f3n (control de posici\u00f3n) o las bisagras de torsi\u00f3n que mantienen una puerta en un \u00e1ngulo definido sin apoyo externo son especialmente \u00fatiles para las puertas relevantes para LOTO. Una puerta que se mantiene abierta a 90\u00b0 o 120\u00b0 sin ser apuntalada -pero que no requiere fuerza para cerrarse- reduce tanto el riesgo para la seguridad como la fatiga del operario durante los ciclos de limpieza prolongados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"reducing-mttr-through-correct-hinge-selection\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reducing_Mean_Time_to_Repair_MTTR_Through_Correct_Hinge_Selection\"><\/span>Reducci\u00f3n del tiempo medio de reparaci\u00f3n (MTTR) mediante la selecci\u00f3n correcta de las bisagras<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para los departamentos de mantenimiento que controlan la disponibilidad de los equipos mediante las m\u00e9tricas MTBF (tiempo medio entre fallos) y MTTR (tiempo medio de reparaci\u00f3n), el mantenimiento de las bisagras de los equipos de procesamiento de alimentos afecta al MTTR m\u00e1s directamente de lo que miden la mayor\u00eda de los equipos. Cuando un problema en una puerta detiene una l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n, el tiempo invertido en realinear, sustituir fijaciones, buscar un pasador que falta o programar la reinstalaci\u00f3n de una puerta por dos personas se suma al MTTR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"four-design-choices-that-shorten-mttr\">Cuatro opciones de dise\u00f1o que reducen el MTTR<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sujeciones imperdibles en el montaje de la bisagra.<\/strong> Las fijaciones atadas o retenidas garantizan que el perno no caiga en el equipo o en el desag\u00fce del suelo durante el desmontaje.
