Chaque jour, les poign\u00e9es de votre \u00e9quipement sont soumises \u00e0 l'attaque cumulative des contraintes environnementales suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rayonnement solaire :<\/strong> Principalement la destruction \u00e0 haute \u00e9nergie du spectre ultraviolet (UV).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cyclage en temp\u00e9rature :<\/strong> Contraintes de dilatation et de contraction caus\u00e9es par les diff\u00e9rences de temp\u00e9rature entre le jour et la nuit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Humidit\u00e9 et pr\u00e9cipitations :<\/strong> Pluie, forte humidit\u00e9 et embruns sal\u00e9s dans les r\u00e9gions c\u00f4ti\u00e8res.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Charge chimique :<\/strong> Les polluants industriels, les pluies acides ou les r\u00e9sidus d'agents de nettoyage puissants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la s\u00e9lection des mat\u00e9riaux est bas\u00e9e uniquement sur les \"normes int\u00e9rieures\", vous recevrez g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des plaintes de clients dans les 6 \u00e0 18 mois suivant l'installation. Lorsque le poids mol\u00e9culaire diminue, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'impact et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction du mat\u00e9riau chutent de mani\u00e8re significative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Microfissures :<\/strong> Des fissures microscopiques invisibles \u00e0 l'\u0153il nu apparaissent \u00e0 la surface. Lorsque l'humidit\u00e9 p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans ces fissures, les cycles de gel et de d\u00e9gel les \u00e9largissent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fracture :<\/strong> La poign\u00e9e subit une d\u00e9faillance catastrophique soudaine dans les environnements \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature ou lorsqu'un op\u00e9rateur applique une force.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"functional-sealing-failure\">D\u00e9faut de fonctionnement et d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stabilit\u00e9 dimensionnelle :<\/strong> La d\u00e9gradation provoque un r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissement ou un gauchissement, ce qui entra\u00eene des changements dans les \u00e9carts d'assemblage et un desserrage de la poign\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9faut d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 :<\/strong> De nombreuses poign\u00e9es ext\u00e9rieures sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es de joints en caoutchouc. Si le caoutchouc n'est pas r\u00e9sistant aux UV, il se fissurera et durcira, ce qui entra\u00eenera une d\u00e9faillance de l'indice de protection IP65\/IP66 et permettra \u00e0 l'eau de pluie de s'infiltrer dans l'armoire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mechanisms-of-uv-degradation\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mechanisms_of_UV_Degradation\"><\/span>M\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9gradation par les UV<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous devons comprendre \"pourquoi\" les mat\u00e9riaux sont d\u00e9faillants \u00e0 un niveau microscopique pour prendre les bonnes d\u00e9cisions en mati\u00e8re d'ing\u00e9nierie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"photodegradation-of-polymers\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/chemistry\/photodegradation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Photod\u00e9gradation<\/a> des polym\u00e8res<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque les photons UV de la lumi\u00e8re du soleil frappent la surface d'un polym\u00e8re, si l'\u00e9nergie du photon est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l'\u00e9nergie de la liaison chimique, il y a scission de la cha\u00eene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Processus :<\/strong> Les longues cha\u00eenes mol\u00e9culaires sont divis\u00e9es en segments plus courts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cons\u00e9quence :<\/strong> La r\u00e9sistance des polym\u00e8res d\u00e9pend de la longueur des cha\u00eenes et de leur enchev\u00eatrement. Une diminution du poids mol\u00e9culaire entra\u00eene directement une fragilisation du mat\u00e9riau. Cela explique pourquoi certaines poign\u00e9es en plastique se brisent au toucher apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"surface-oxidation\">Oxydation de surface<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rayonnement UV s'accompagne g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de r\u00e9actions de photo-oxydation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pour les poign\u00e9es en m\u00e9tal :<\/strong> Les m\u00e9taux eux-m\u00eames ne se d\u00e9gradent pas sous l'effet des UV, mais leurs rev\u00eatements de surface (tels que la peinture ou le rev\u00eatement en poudre) sont affect\u00e9s. Les UV d\u00e9truisent la r\u00e9sine du rev\u00eatement, ce qui entra\u00eene un farinage, un cloquage ou une d\u00e9lamination, exposant finalement le substrat m\u00e9tallique \u00e0 la corrosion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pour le caoutchouc :<\/strong> Les UV attaquent les doubles liaisons insatur\u00e9es du caoutchouc, provoquant une densit\u00e9 de r\u00e9ticulation excessive.
