Esta \u00e9 a realidade operacional que a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o das dobradi\u00e7as do equipamento de processamento alimentar tem de resolver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"three-hinge-behaviors-that-extend-cip-time\">Tr\u00eas comportamentos de charneira que prolongam o tempo de CIP<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Portas que n\u00e3o abrem totalmente contra uma parede.<\/strong> Se uma dobradi\u00e7a limitar a abertura da porta a menos de 110\u00b0, os operadores de limpeza n\u00e3o podem inserir um pulverizador ou uma luz de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o visual sem segurar a porta aberta com o corpo. Ao longo de semanas, a pr\u00f3pria junta falha e torna-se um risco de contamina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Portas que requerem ferramentas especiais para serem removidas.<\/strong> Muitas f\u00e1bricas de alimentos utilizam ferramentas hexagonais de 7\/16\u2033 ou 1\/2\u2033 para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de rotina. Uma dobradi\u00e7a que requer um torx, allen ou um fixador propriet\u00e1rio obriga a equipa de limpeza a voltar \u00e0 sala de ferramentas, muitas vezes saltando etapas de limpeza profunda que deveriam ocorrer semanalmente.
