What alloy grade are your aluminum handles?

Our standard aluminum handles use 6061 or 6063 alloy for extruded profiles, and ADC12 for die-cast designs. Alternative alloys are available for specific strength or corrosion requirements.

Can aluminum handles be supplied in black anodized finish?

Yes. Black anodized is one of our most frequently requested finishes. Natural silver anodized, clear anodized, and custom RAL colors are also available.

Are custom extrusion profiles available?

Yes. For OEM orders with sufficient volume, custom extrusion profiles are available. Provide a cross-section drawing and we will confirm tooling requirements and unit pricing.
